Alyssa Reid took the music world by storm in 2012 when she released her debut single, ‘Alone Again.’, a reimagining of Heart’s ‘Alone’ (1987).
To celebrate the 10th anniversary of this classic, Alyssa Reid recently released an elegant acoustic arrangement of ‘Alone Again’ backed by a grand piano and an orchestra.
Alyssa comments: ‘Alone Again‘ connected us through love, loss and life experience in ways I used to only dream of my music doing. I would like to say thank you to those who grew up on this song. Who relentlessly hit that repeat button and let me into their hearts. It’s crazy that all these years later, this song has taken on a life of its own and has allowed us to celebrate who we have become and the memories that got us here. Thank you for growing with me. I am very happy to share this special anniversary version, which I feel really represents what this story has always felt like to me. Thank you for the last decade. Here’s to 10 more.
