British singer-songwriter Myles Smith is trying something new, mixing both music and gaming with an exclusive virtual concert crafted in Fortnite. Scheduled for October 25th at 6 PM BT / 1 PM ET / 10 AM PT, this performance showcases not just Smith’s music but also the limitless possibilities of interactive gaming.
In partnership with Sony Music and RCA Label Group UK, Myles has teamed up with Sony Immersive Music Studios to create an experience that feels uniquely his. Fans can expect to see Smith’s avatar performing three tracks, including ‘Stargazing,’ on a vibrant, custom-made Fortnite island.
Alongside ‘Stargazing,’ fans will get to hear ‘Wait For You‘ and his latest track, ‘Whisper,’ as they move through environments that correspond to each song.
Myles shared his excitement about the project, saying, “This project has been amazing to be part of. To be able to connect with fans and people who may never have heard my music before, in a new way, feels really exciting. In a generation where it can be hard to break through and to find your community, to have the ability to have a direct interface with them is awesome.”
