The metal scene in Las Vegas is thriving, and one of the bands leading the charge is SpiritWorld. Their new album, DEATHWESTERN, has just been released via Century Media Records, and it is a heavy, crushing collection of riffs and grooves that will blow you away.
With tracks like U L C E R, SpiritWorld combines influences from the metal music spectrum to create something unique and powerful.
Stu Folsom, the mastermind behind the band, says of the song: “Every time we play it, I can see people’s jaws hit the floor. Total riff daddy flexing! I threw some old-school Swedish death metal and some New Orleans groove metal into the mix with some thrash and “Chaos A.D” worship, and unsurprisingly, I think we cut a classic neck snapper!“.
