G4L Records is hosting Cancer Benefit Show #2 on 21st September 2024 at BFE Rock Club, and it’s for an amazing cause.
This year’s show is all about raising money to support John, a local Houston legend who’s currently fighting Stage 4 Colon Cancer. After the huge success of last year’s benefit in Nashville, which featured the likes of John Corabi (Mötley Crüe/The Dead Daisies) and Anthony Corder (Tora Tora), G4L Records is bringing the party back to Texas for round two!
The lineup features Rusty Cooley from Day of Reckoning, Hindsight, Dead Set Red, Chasing Yesterday, and Bar Rats. From heavy-hitting metal to classic rock, there’s something for every headbanger in the house.
Markus Muller-Stach, founder of G4L Records and organiser of the event, knows firsthand how brutal the battle against cancer can be. After losing his wife to the illness, he’s made it his mission to help others facing similar struggles. “I understand how challenging and overwhelming this experience can be,” he says. “Benefit events like this provide crucial support to individuals like John, who are unable to work due to their illness,”
All the funds raised from the gig will go directly to support John’s medical treatment.
