Eyes Like Midnight, the emerging rock sensation, is back with a bang, dropping their second single, ‘Bad Love.’ This follows their successful debut track ‘Digital Deity,’ which has been rocking the airwaves since its April 18th release.
The buzz around Eyes Like Midnight is undeniable. Their debut single, ‘Digital Deity’, quickly climbed the charts, securing spots on Sirius XM’s Octane, as well as Decibel and New Rock Pandora playlists. With its mix of synth-wave, modern pop, and a brutal metalcore breakdown, ‘Bad Love’ showcases the band’s versatility and daring to push musical boundaries.
Born from the ashes of vocalist and songwriter Robert Cosgrove’s previous band, Sleep Signals, Eyes Like Midnight represents a new era in his musical journey. “Starting over has allowed me to be much more dynamic and to incorporate different sounds into the framework of my music,” says Cosgrove. The band’s unique blend of rock, synth-wave, and metalcore sets them apart in the modern rock landscape.
The creative process behind Eyes Like Midnight’s music is nothing short of intense. Over eight weeks and three multi-week sessions at producer Chris Dawson’s Aphiotic Studios in Kansas, Cosgrove and his team crafted 15 new tracks. These sessions were a whirlwind of creativity, resulting in the dynamic and varied sound that defines Eyes Like Midnight.
