Philadelphia DIY’er Greg Mendez is switching things up, having just signed a deal with Dead Oceans, and to celebrate, his stunning self-titled album is getting a re-release on December 6th.

Greg’s also dropping a new, super stripped-back EP, First Time / Alone, on October 18th. There’s a bit of a story behind this one: after surgery on his right wrist (ouch), Greg was stuck in a frustrating four-month limbo, unable to play his guitar, which forced him to get creative and turn to the electric organ instead.
