Finnish progressive metal band The Hypothesis is back with their latest album, Evolve, set to drop on October 18th via Noble Demon. The band just unleashed their first single, ‘Stray,’ along with a gripping music video directed by Andre Rodriguez and Juuso Turkki.

‘Stray’ looks at the turmoil of an anxious traveller battling the ghosts of his past. It’s a powerful track that marks the beginning of a new era for the band.
Since forming in 2009 in the dark, metal-rich lands of Kouvola, Finland, The Hypothesis has been on a relentless journey to push the boundaries of melodic metal. With former members now playing in heavyweights like Opeth and Stratovarius, this quartet is no stranger to the big stage, having toured with the likes of Wolfheart and Swallow the Sun.
Evolve promises to bring hard-hitting, thought-provoking tracks, and we can’t wait to hear it.
